It was a regular afternoon for Owen Burns after coming home from school. Little did he know that this day would become a defining moment in his life.
Owen was engrossed in his favorite game, “Call of Duty: Black Ops II,” when suddenly, he heard his sister’s screams. At first, he thought she was just goofing around, but when he looked out his window, he was met with a shocking sight.
There, in their yard, was a stranger trying to drag his 8-year-old sister towards the woods. Without hesitation, Owen sprang into action. He quickly grabbed his slingshot and gathered any ammunition he could find; a marble and a rock.
