Interestingly, Billy Ray and Firerose had crossed paths decades back when Firerose auditioned for a purpose on “Hannah Montana” 13 years prior. This serendipitous encounter remaining a long lasting impact on Billy Ray, who recalled the instant he initially noticed her and sensed her star likely.
