As the reporter explained, they “knew the prognosis was weak when she relapsed after her bone marrow transplant, so the total family members put in specific time at the healthcare facility very last week, but we held out hope for remission because of how brave, solid and resilient Hallie had been through her whole 9-thirty day period battle with acute myeloid leukemia and all of its problems.”

But inspite of Hallie’s strength and her resilience in the encounter of these types of tragedy, “chemotherapy soon after transplant was ineffective, and her aggressive variety of leukemia experienced developed out of handle by the time she started a demo cure.”

Doug informed the health professionals at Boston Children’s Hospital that they did “everything they could to assistance Hallie, and she conquer AML every working day for more than nine months straight. Very little could have at any time well prepared us for this moment when she was 1st diagnosed in April or following her successful transplant in Oct.”
