School Singers Elevate Josh Groban’s Strike to New Heights with Acapella Mastery

An expertly executed acapella song can convey new depth to any monitor – whether or not it is the absence of instruments highlighting the lyrics or the vocalists’ talent in partaking the viewers. This rings especially legitimate for the acapella rendition of Josh Groban’s 2003 strike, “You Increase Me Up,” by Brigham Youthful University’s (BYU) Vocal Stage. Their version breathes clean everyday living into this inspirational song.

In 1991, BYU pupils Dave Boyce and Bob Ahlander established the BYU Vocal Level, a 9-member acapella team. The group quickly gained recognition on campus, with their debut concert selling out.
