I first had Guacamole Dip at my friend’s house. She is a vegan, which means she is always carrying around great recipes. For some reason, it had never occurred to me to make guacamole on my own. Okay, I have taken avocado toast and sometimes have avocado in my salad but never guacamole. I remember that first bite, it was a revelation.
