Carol Vorderman flaunts her toned abs and buxom bottom, Dermot O’Leary teases her “special friends”

Carol Vorderman, 62, continues to stun fans with her hourglass figure, often sharing workout photos on Instagram. Known for her role in shows like *Countdown* and *This Morning*, the Welsh broadcaster maintains a rigorous fitness routine, saying, “As you get older, you need to do weight-bearing stuff and you need to stretch and squat.”

Vorderman recently posted pictures from the gym, flaunting her curves in a grey crop top and leggings. She captioned the post, “Five gym sessions this week… Eating clean, loads of water… my happy state.”

Vorderman, who celebrated 40 years on TV, is also open about her love life. She’s single but enjoys “no strings-attached relationships with multiple men” she calls her “special friends.” She shared, “I don’t really want to marry again… This is a time to break this nonsense taboo… it’s a happy place to live.”
