Frozen Strawberry Chips

Preparation
  1. In a blender or food processor, add strawberries, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt. Pulse until fully smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet or large plate in about 1 tablespoon portions. Mixture will spread.
  3. Carefully place baking sheet in freezer for 1-2 hours or until chips are fully frozen.
  4. Before removing sheet from the freezer, place chocolate in a small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Stir and allow chocolate to slightly cool.
  5. Remove chips from freeze and dip in the melted chocolate, then return to the baking sheet. Once chips are all dipped, place sheet back in the freezer until chocolate is solid.
  6. Store chips in an airtight container and keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
