In fact, the whole process is quite simple. Then all these ingredients are combined until you get a smooth and tasty dip. Serve it with chips—tortilla chips, pita pieces, or toasted baguette. But, it is important to admit that tortilla chips are the best for guacamole (For me, at least).
Well, with my ingredients in hand, I proceeded to make this dip. The only difficult bit was having to wait for the avocados to ripe. You know the problem; either they are very tough or very soft. But I got lucky, and they were just perfect. I crushed the avocados, mixed in the buttermilk and the herbs and veggies. As I was mixing, the kitchen was gradually filled with this wonderful smell. It was like a garden party in my bowl (I swear!).
The first taste test was divine. The buttermilk gave the guacamole a tangy and creamy flavor that I hadn’t experienced before. This added a nice and fresh taste to the dish that was quite enjoyable. I just couldn’t help myself and keep on dipping my tortilla chips into the bowl. The taste of each bite was a perfect balance of creaminess, acidity, and spiciness.
It was just the right snack for a leisurely afternoon. I am sure that I will not be satisfied until I get my friend to make this amazing dip often, because I’m lazy and she’s great at cooking.
I mean it, you should make it and see how it goes. I assure you that this will not disappoint you. Well, I guess I am going to call my friend now and ask her to make Ranch Guacamole Dip. Because to be honest, once you taste it, you will always crave for it.
