However, according to Variety, the singer had previously canceled seven dates — Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans and Houston — back in March.

Ticketmaster will automatically refund fans who bought their tickets through their website. Those who purchased tickets from third-party resale sites will need to get in touch with the place of purchase for more information.
