Kathie Lee Gifford: Embracing New Beginnings and Inspiring Us All

It has been five years since Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford became the beloved co-hosts of “Today’s” fourth hour. Even though they no longer appear together on TV, they still have a very deep tie and connection. In a recent update, Hoda Kotb shared some intriguing details about Kathie Lee’s current endeavors.

Kotb premiered “3 Little Words,” a brand-new Gifford song, in the “Faves and Finds” section. This moving song showcases Kathie Lee’s ability and passion of music. Kotb then provided an update to the audience regarding Kathie Lee’s current whereabouts and activities.

“By the way, Kat is living her best life,” said Kotb. In Nashville, she’s writing music and enjoying herself immensely. She also treasures the time she spends with her beautiful grandchildren. Kat, you are so loved!

Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford started co-hosting the “Today” show’s fourth hour in 2008. Gifford held this role until April 2019, at which time she decided it was time to explore her alternatives. Jenna Bush Hager, Gifford’s frequent stand-in, eventually succeeded her as a permanent substitute.
