Phoebe Cates was a character in the films Gremlins and Drop Dead Fred. She is best known, however, for the scene in Fast Times at Ridgemont High where she appeared topless. Cates quit her job in Hollywood over 20 years ago to follow her passion. She currently has a 9-to-5 job in this field.
