Red Skelton and Johnny Carson Trade Quips and Jokes on The Tonight Show: A Hilarious Blast from the Past!

Back in 1983, Red Skelton, the legendary comic, appeared on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.’ The show was filled with good-natured humor, and the two comedians traded quips and stories. Red’s sense of humor, which harkened back to the old days, was on full display. Johnny began the conversation by admiring Red’s height, to which Red responded with a joke about old age shrinkage. Red then went on to talk about how he didn’t let his age restrict him, and he started each day by checking if he could see and smell before getting up. The audience burst into laughter, and Red followed up with a joke about reading Playboy to get his heart started. Johnny asked Red if he exercised, but Red said he didn’t care for it.
