Server’s Viral Rant Calls Out Cheap Tippers: “It’s Not Cute Anymore”

In the United States, tipping has become an integral part of the dining experience. When you eat out at a restaurant, it’s practically expected that you’ll leave a gratuity for your server, typically around 18-20% of the total bill. But is this tipping culture really working for everyone?

Recently, a viral TikTok video ignited a fiery debate on this very topic. In the clip, a server went on a passionate rant about “lousy tippers” – those who leave less than a 20% tip, even on large bills. The video struck a nerve, sparking a nationwide conversation about the merits and drawbacks of tipping culture.
