An extraordinarily beautiful span of time came to an end when his death was announced in a heartfelt press release. When Lawrence revealed his diagnosis to the public in 2019, he bravely talked about his personal struggle with the illness.

Over the course of his incredible career, Lawrence left a lasting mark on the music industry with his enthralling performances. The songs “Go Away Little Girl” from 1963 and other chart-topping hits are what made him most famous, along with his ability to sing and perform on stage like no other.
