These Vintage Glass Could Worth More Than You Think!

These vintage Hen on Nest dishes, with their intricate models and vivid colours, evoke a more simple time when these kinds of treasures had been both of those simple and decorative.

Courting back again to the 18th century, Hen on Nest dishes were at first imported to the U.S. from England at substantial expenditure, producing them luxurious products that only the wealthy could manage. In 19th century, these dishes were manufactured by renowned glass firms like Westmoreland, Indiana Glass, and Fenton.

They ended up often employed as sweet dishes or trinket holders, their charming hen collectible figurines meticulously crafted to seize the essence of a nation farm. The in-depth feathers and expressive faces of the hens increase a contact of pastoral natural beauty, building each and every piece a miniature operate of artwork.
