The cancellations of her “Ellen’s Last Stand…Up” tour have happened less than a month after it began.
A couple of Ellen DeGeneres’ scheduled concerts have been canceled less than a month after the comedian announced the start of her Ellen’s Last Stand…Up tour in June.
DeGeneres was scheduled to appear in Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago during dates in July and August. But ticket holders received a message from Ticketmaster indicating the event was canceled.
“Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event,” reads the website. “You are not involved in it at all. We will reimburse the original payment method used at the time of purchase once we have received payment from the event organizer. It should appear on your account between 14–21 days.
Additionally, if the ticket was acquired by someone other than the ticket holder, “the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster,” according to Ticketmaster.
